豚インフルエンザ(Monitoring the Swine Flu)
Over the past several days, there have been many reports regarding the swine flu, particularly the outbreak in Mexico.
Cases have been confirmed in various parts of the U.S. and a smaller number of cases have been confirmed or suspected in other countries as well.
Our Mexico team is working closely with our associates to ensure their safety and also best support our clients.
We will continue to monitor the situation in Mexico and assist our team in whatever way we can. In this regard, and also as a precautionary measure, we are asking that all business travel to Mexico be suspended until further notice.
We will continue to watch closely the countries where Our company operates with a primary goal of safeguarding employees and ensuring service to clients.
For now, any employee who experiences flu-like symptons should go to their health care provider immediately and also refrain from coming to work until advised that it is safe to return.
In situations like this we are reminded of the importance of being prepared and taking everyday precautions.
It is important to follow good hygiene practices and common sense to help minimize the spread of this and other viruses, including washing and sanitizing your hands often, covering your mouth when coughing or sneezing, and keeping an appropriate distance from anyone who appears to be ill.
